Do credits expire?
No. Credits remain on your account indefinitely until used. Buy in bulk at any time.
Who is Pro designed for?
Data consultants running assessments for multiple client organisations, and in-house data teams that need team seats, white-label reports, or API/webhook integration. If you're assessing a single organisation occasionally, credits are likely sufficient.
Can I switch from credits to Pro?
Yes — subscribe to Pro at any time and your existing credits stay on your account. Pro gives you unlimited downloads on top.
Is there a refund policy?
If you haven't used any credits from a purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled any time and won't renew.
